Training on the use of High Quality Cassava Flour for baked products

The training on the use of High Quality Cassava Flour for baked products ends today with the trainees producing bread rolls, whole bread, chin-chin, buns,  cakes and cookies of different High Quality Cassava Flour: wheat flour ratios. Kudos to the IITA TAAT cassava compact team, RAB, Kinazi cassava processing factory,  Carl group bakery and all the participant, looking forward to scale the cassava Baker's technologies.
